The staff are friendly and pleasant, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. Convenient dining option with Kfc just a stone's throw away 🍔. the Cambrian Heritage Railways is a short 1-mile distance, perfect for a little adventure. Great location close to everything we wanted to do. Added bonus of parking available.

This hotel offers great value for money, with competitive prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, from the modern bathrooms with all the facilities for a disabled person to the friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful Welsh Borders and embarking on exciting adventures.
All aspects of our stay were excellent, nothing to improve.

Easy to find and convenient location for splitting the journey or exploring the town center. Clean rooms with working air conditioning and comfortable beds.- Pleasant park area nearby for relaxation
Table to Table restaurant next door had slow service and a shortage of staff during our stay. Wi-Fi required frequent sign-ins, which was frustrating.

Stayed at a budget hotel during Easter weekend and loved the free parking and clean room. Beds were comfortable and shower worked well. the pub next door offered an excellent breakfast with plenty of food to choose from. the key location of the hotel made it easy for us to get to our planned destinations.
Not the best stay during Easter. Hot water was non-existent in the evening and reception staff seemed uninterested in providing any solution.
